The Jacques A. Clermont Memorial Foundation (JACMF), Inc. is a charitable, 503 [c] (3) non-profit organization established in memory of Jacques A. Clermont, MD, whose life was ended in a tragic accident in October of 1995. Founded by Dr. Clermont's family soon after his passing, the JACMF, succeeded in opening the Clermont Center for Homeless Adolescents in March of 2003.

The mission of the Jacques A. Clermont Memorial Foundation (JACFM) is to develop, implement, and manage a residential center for homeless adolescents by providing food, shelter, and educational and vocational services.  By offering these provisions, the chance of success for at-risk youth in Haiti will be significantly enhanced.
